Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. $400 Partial Payment is required upon registration in order to reserve a space. You will be billed for final payment in January 2022.
Students withdrawing at least five days prior to the start date will receive a full refund and an administrative fee of $25.00 will be charged. Withdrawal requests received after that date won’t be eligible for any refund.
To withdraw, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The date your email is sent will be considered the official withdrawal date in determining refund eligibility.
Unity Stage reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet enrollment requirements and will inform you no later than five days before that start date of class.
When you register you give Unity Stage permission to include your child’s image in promotion & presentation photos or videos.
